Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant . The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive-level staff with administrative tasks, managing phone calls with appropriate etiquette, maintaining clerical records, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. The Administrative Assistant will also handle executive administrative tasks and provide support as needed to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification is a plus
