Job Description
Build and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets and ensure positive customer experiences.
Develop new accounts, identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals.
Provide support, training, demos, and address customer concerns to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and updates in SPARKS, while handling credit, payments, and admin tasks.
Collaborate with dealers, teams, and management to drive best practices, service growth, and continuous learning
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Biomedical or equivalents.
At least 5 years working experience in Healthcare Industry.
Exposure to Rehab Specialty is an added advantage.
Customer-focused professional with strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to delivering results through solution-based decision making.
Brings industry knowledge (healthcare / rehab) and proficient English skills to build impact and drive success
