Overview This role involves managing accounts receivable processes within a professional services environment, focusing on Japanese or Korean language support. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate financial operations while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.

Provide language-specific support for Japanese or Korean-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for auditing purposes.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.

Profile / Qualifications

Proficiency in Korean or Japanese, both written and spoken

Korean : TOPIK Level 4 and above

Japanese : JLPT N2 and above

Minimum 2 years of AR experience preferred; candidate with 1 year of experience is welcomed to apply

A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial systems

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines

Familiarity with accounting software and tools
