Responsibilities

• Experience in complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing, resume validation, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization.
• Ensure recruitment processes and activities comply with country-specific employment laws and regulations.
• Source profiles using a mix of channels : job portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors.
• Utilize portals, referral methods, and other techniques such as headhunting and cold calling.
• Uphold and manage a positive candidate experience.
• Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner.
