Responsibilities
- Experience in complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing, resume validation, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization.
- Ensure recruitment processes and activities comply with country-specific employment laws and regulations.
- Source profiles using a mix of channels : job portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors.
- Utilize portals, referral methods, and other techniques such as headhunting and cold calling.
- Uphold and manage a positive candidate experience.
- Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment in Malaysia.Staffing experience is a must.Self-motivated, energetic, and capable recruitment professional with a focus on best outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be a good team player.Able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.Seniority level
