As a Hospitality Intern you will have the unique opportunity to rotate between three crucial departments : Housekeeping and Front Office and F&B operation . This internship program is designed to give you a holistic understanding of the hotel operations and a well-rounded experience in the field of hospitality.
F&B operations :
- Assist in daily operation : Help with day-to-day tasks in the restaurant assign by the superior.
- Customer Service
- Ordering and Inventory : Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Event Support : Assist in planning and executing special event
- Quality control : Ensure food and service meet quality standards.
- Understanding and adhering to health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
- Assisting with financial tasks, such as processing payments, and managing receipts.
Requirements :
Currently enrolled in a hospitality / Food and Beverage / Culinary or related degree program.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer service-oriented mindset.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Benefits :
