About the role

Join our rapidly growing team as a Senior Data Analyst in a dynamic role with high visibility and direct interaction with senior leadership. You'll work in a flat, collaborative environment where your contributions directly influence business growth and product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven culture across the organization through Agile processes, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and product teams.
• Lead analytics strategy by defining product performance measurements, designing experiments, and representing analytics in technical discussions on data infrastructure.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and co-design data science products that deliver meaningful impact to customers and the business.
• Develop dashboards and self-service tools while establishing structured processes for managing analytics requests across the organization.
• Extract actionable insights from complex data, providing clear conclusions and recommendations that drive business decisions and outcomes.
• Share expertise and foster learning by contributing to product design, challenging ideas, and exchanging knowledge with fellow data experts to strengthen team capabilities.
