Job Description

Our client is a leading healthcare distributor in SEA, specializing in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and consumer health products. They are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team.

• Achieve sales targets and expand a portfolio of hospitals and eye-care specialists, identifying new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, implementing trade programs and monitoring account performance.
• Ensure visibility and compliance of point-of-sale materials, coordinating events and activations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and competitor intelligence, submitting weekly plans and tracking product performance.
• Conduct brand training and product knowledge sessions for new joiners.
