Job Description

  • Create planograms that optimize product visibility, accessibility, and compliance with pharma standards.
  • Align product placement with pharmaceutical regulations, safety requirements, and company guidelines.
  • Use sales data and consumer insights to position high-demand or high-margin products strategically.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and retail operations to align shelf strategies with promotions and inventory.
  • Standardize product presentation across multiple pharmacy locations for a uniform customer experience.
  • Track sales trends, customer feedback, and seasonal demand to update planograms regularly.
  • Provide guidance to pharmacy teams on executing planograms correctly and maintaining compliance.
  • Generate insights on planogram effectiveness, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in planogram management, merchandising, or space planning within pharma or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical retail regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into effective shelf strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Adaptable and proactive in responding to market trends, seasonal demand, and new product launches.
