Penerangan pekerjaanStrong knowledge of OEMs from Medical or Healthcare Devices industries (outside China). Good knowledge of EMS or CDMO range of services. Good knowledge of electronics and mechanical engineering. Strong knowledge in market and industry dynamics. Working knowledge in legal contracts like Manufacturing Service Agreement. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (strong presentation skills). Good spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin. Bachelor’s degree in electronic / mechanical engineering, preferably with qualification in Business Administration as well. Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry with a combination of experiences in sales, marketing, business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. Focused and goal-oriented.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Search and secure new leads from the medical devices’ OEMs, preferably from USA, Europe, and Australia.
- Presentation of Company’s services to potential customers.
- Co-work with Program Management team to generate competitive proposals and secure the business through effective negotiations.
- Build up strong business case, market, and industry sizing.
- Attends conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
