Regional Head, Joymed Technology (S) Pte Ltd (Regional Headquarters)
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Search and secure new leads from medical device OEMs, preferably from USA, Europe, and Australia.
- Strategize business development plans for CDMO services.
- Present the company’s services to potential customers.
- Co‑work with the Program Management team to generate competitive proposals and secure the business through effective negotiations.
- Build a strong business case, market, and industry sizing.
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of OEMs from medical or healthcare device industries (outside China).Good knowledge of EMS or CDMO range of services.Knowledge of electronics and mechanical engineering.Strong knowledge of market and industry dynamics.Working knowledge of legal contracts such as Manufacturing Service Agreements.Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (strong presentation skills).Good spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electronic / mechanical engineering, preferably with a qualification in Business Administration.Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry with experience in sales, marketing, and business development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.Focused and goal-oriented.Seniority Level
