Sunshine Coast Radiology (SCR), is the largest medical imaging provider on the Sunshine Coast and proudly part of Imaging Queensland’s award-winning network and the Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Group .

With 13 clinics spanning Caloundra to Cooroy , we deliver high-quality, patient-focused medical imaging and radiology services across the entire region.

💜 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk team.

Working across our Nambour clinics, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients attending appointments for X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI services.

🗓 This is a full-time role , working a 9-day fortnight , Monday to Friday between 7 : 30am – 5 : 00pm . ✨ No weekends!

📅 What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
• Booking appointments and managing patient enquiries
• Processing patient accounts, Medicare and private health funds
• Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients regarding appointments and results
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions
• Following policies, procedures and workplace health & safety standards
