Responsibilities
1) Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and reliable sources of supply.
2) Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation).
3) Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting tender documents.
4) Identify tender opportunities, evaluate their suitability, and manage the end-to-end tender process, starting from site visits , tender meetings and follow up with clients.
5) Identify tender opportunities in e-Perolehan MOF portal including site visits , tender meetings, preparation and submission of documents.
6) Monitor & update all the tenders in e-Perolehan website
7) Manage contract, agreement and other related legal document.
8) Maintain proper records of tender submissions, correspondences & deadlines.
9) Attending site visits / tender meetings as required
10) Perform other related responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
1) Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
2) Minimum 1-2 years related working experience, preferably candidates with working experience in handling tenders or equivalent.
3) Preferable age of 20 – 35 years old.
4) Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
5) PC literate and familiar with Microsoft office.
6) Experience in MOF portal.
7) Willing to work long hours when necessary to meet urgent dateline and able to work under pressure.
8) Valid driving license and possess own transportation.
9) Willing to travel.
10) Must be willing work in KL / Ampang area.
11) Strategic thinking, good working attitude, integrity, responsible, diligent, enthusiast and willing to learn.
