Key Account Executive

Brief

Our #MKAJoycareTeam is expanding We are hiring Key Account Executive to manage one of our key retailers. This role will be responsible for managing and growing sales for assigned key accounts within the health and beauty division. This includes developing strong customer relationships, implementing promotional activities and ensuring optimal product visibility and market penetration.

What You Would Work On

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners in the health and beauty industry.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and quick resolution of issues.
• Regularly visit customers and manage end-to-end product sampling and deliveries.

Monitor account performance and proactively propose growth strategies.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the product portfolio.

Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, beauty events and online campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to optimize product positioning.

Prepare sales forecasts, promotional plans and account review reports.
