Retail Banking plays a crucial role in executing the strategy, providing guidance to markets to ensure all customer journeys, products, and services are sustainable, inclusive, and customer-centric. Retail Banking comprises global teams such as Segments, Retail Products, Shared Services Contact Centre, Distribution, and Enablers, spanning Customer Experience, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Business Architecture, Sustainability, and Inclusion.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as an Insurance Product Expert .

Principal Responsibilities :

  • Meeting KPIs
  • Achieve Relationship Manager and Branch sales performance targets.
  • Meet wealth insurance revenue goals.
  • Achieve target product mix for PERML.
  • Ensure participation, productivity, conversion, profitability, and quality sales at the individual and branch levels.
  • Sales Activities & Management
  • Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders professionally.
  • Review client portfolios to identify gaps and risks.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in client meetings, explaining complex solutions and identifying coaching opportunities.
  • Keep Relationship Managers updated on product launches, market trends, and technical knowledge.
  • Recommend solutions aligned with clients' needs and risk profiles.
  • Demonstrate core values : Open, Connected, Dependable, and Courageous Integrity.
  • Provide financial planning advice related to insurance portfolios.
  • Update sales leaders regularly on progress.
  • Organize branch activities like customer events.
  • Manage overall insurance business for Relationship Managers and branches.
  • After Sales Service
  • Provide after-sales support such as claims processing and policy adjustments.
