Opportunity Overview

  • Accountable for test equipment programs, validation and verification, upgrade and / or repair.
  • Work closely with other engineers and other divisions for process and quality improvements.
  • Uses all digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to do system failure investigation and debugging.
  • Develop containment and corrective actions to assist product quality improvements.
  • Guides or assists critical projects that sustain operations.
  • May assist new product transfers.
  • SQA - Supplier Quality Assurance and remote assistance to other OPS site / regions.
  • Other roles include asset utilization, participation in quality improvement initiatives and improvement of the failure investigation process.

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
  • Fresh graduate and / or 1 – 2 years of experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Must have high analytical skills with high sense of urgency.
  • Capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
  • Solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic).
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet-based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English language.
