Overview

Project Management - Warehouse Business, Scommerce (Bukit Raja, Klang)

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and develop high-impact projects / initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment warehouse operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.
  • Strategically create and implement detailed project execution plans, methodically addressing all operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS-driven improvements, contributing to overall operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal and / or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget / resources.
  • Health check Warehouse Operations team daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues / risks, and develop temporary workarounds and long term solutions to de-bottleneck challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed. Working or internship experience in project management in the e-commerce, supply chain or similar industry is a plus point.
  • Result-driven and hands-on in solving ground operational issues
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
  • Communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and written form of communications.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to commute and based in Bukit Raja, Klang.
  • Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus point.
