Job Responsibilities : -
- Identify and source the most suitable suppliers for raw materials and other production-related supplies
- Negotiate favourable pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
- Place purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Collaborate with the production team to understand forecasted demand and plan procurement activities accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and prepare relevant reports
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures
