Purpose Of The Position
We’re searching for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer / Solution Architect to lead the creation and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our ServiceNow strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, App Engine development, security, and integration best practices, while also guiding the long-term roadmap and staying ahead of emerging platform capabilities. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions, translating business needs into robust, future-proof ServiceNow implementations. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape the digital backbone of our global operations. This position is a Global Position and individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and organizational goals.
- Develop technical designs including data models, workflows, and user experiences.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance with corporate, security, and regulatory standards.
- Continuously enhance CMDB data accuracy and asset management practices using ServiceNow.
- Forms (Build and Maintain)
- Establish best practices and support frameworks in agreement with IT Vendor.
- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using industry-standard protocols.
- Drive and Own the design and technology roadmap.
- Participate in design reviews and workshops with business.
- Stay current with ServiceNow technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Align solutions with business objectives with ServiceNow SDM and Business System Owner.
- Ongoing dialogue with the Process Managers (Incident, etc.) regarding the functionality of the tool.
- Align and prioritize change proposals in collaboration with Process Managers and ServiceNow SDM.
- Provide technical support to ServiceNow users.
- Follow Change and Enhancement Management Process (Release and Change).
- Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules.
Qualifications And Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, software engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 to 7 years as a ServiceNow Designer or Architect.Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management processes; ITIL certification with a focus on IT Service Operations is strongly preferred.Track record of enabling and supporting citizen developers.Certified ServiceNow Architect (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Professional – Designer (SCPD).Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration.Knowledge in Integration Hub, REST APIs, web services, and cloud computing.General Capabilities
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.Planning / Coordinating abilities.ITIL process understanding at least Foundation level and preferably Intermediate level.Proactive and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams.Attention to detail; strong collaboration skills.Business-oriented; ability to translate requirements into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions.Structured approach; experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), process improvement and reporting.Experience in roadmaps and cross-cultural collaboration.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.Authority
