The tech platform connects 3,000 tutors and mentors to students seeking admission and scholarships to top universities.
This is a full‑time remote or office‑based role with working hours 07 : 30‑15 : 30, Monday–Friday.
Job Description
You will be responsible for implementing effective paid digital advertising campaigns to attract qualified prospects with cost‑effective strategies across Facebook, Google, and other paid advertising platforms. Daily tasks include campaign strategy development, planning, building, A / B testing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. You will manage Crimson’s paid digital marketing activity across Asia, collaborating with country managers and local marketing teams.
Leadership and Initiative
- Participate as an active member of the global digital marketing team, contributing ideas to improve structure and processes.
- Engage Crimson’s country and local area marketing managers, helping them build local digital strategies and plans.
Digital Campaign Execution
Consistently launch paid advertising campaigns across all markets managed, following global processes, guidelines, and budgets.Select and design A / B tests to improve knowledge and results.Track leads, lead progress, and sales / revenue generated from activities.Explore local digital marketing resources to optimize spend and maximize revenue in each market.Analysis and Reporting
Analyze and report on campaigns, A / B tests, leads, revenue, and ROAS.Contribute to developing Crimson’s global digital marketing best practices and knowledge base.Support compilation and review of global analytics and revenue reporting.Requirements
3+ years of experience developing and executing social media strategies and paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google.Experience with other paid advertising platforms such as WeChat, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with stakeholders.Ability to collaborate productively with a globally dispersed team.Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.Exceptional learning agility.Experience with Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent preferred.Basic understanding of the UK and US admissions process.Seniority Level
