Executive – Leasing Admin
JOB DESCRIPTION
a) Submit the Tenancy Status Report by the first week of every month.
b) Update the Tenancy Status Listing on a daily basis.
c) Prepare a listing of tenancies due for renewal for Management approval.
d) Liaise and follow up with tenants regarding tenancy renewals.
e) Coordinate with lawyers and tenants on the status of tenancy agreements.
f) Ensure all tenancy agreements are duly executed by tenants as required by Management.
g) Respond to all correspondence from tenants or relevant agencies promptly upon receipt.
h) Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all tenant and tenancy records.
i) Perform proper filing of all documents upon receipt or response.
j) Present all tenant requests at the next staff meeting after receipt.
k) Prepare minutes of staff meetings and ensure they are completed before the next meeting.
l) Liaise with lawyers on tenancy-related matters.
m) Review tenancy agreements to ensure accuracy before submission for higher-level endorsement.
n) Prepare and submit the monthly Tenancy Status Report and parking fee income report to HQ.
o) Assist in the tenancy administration of other investment properties.
p) Perform document stamping as required by Management.
q) Carry out other assignments as and when required by Management.
