Account & Admin Assistant

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Good command of English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Own transport and able to start work immediately.
We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative functions.
Location : HMH Wholesale Sdn Bhd, Bandar Rawang, Rawang.
Industry : Food and Beverage Distribution.
Responsibilities :
- Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing and monitoring stock inventory.
- Assist in preparing financial and management reports.
- Handle office administration such as documents filing and supplies management.
- Liaise with internal parties.
- Support payroll and basic HR functions as required.
