Overview

We are seeking an experienced Barber to join our team at MR.Paul Barber Shop in the vibrant Kulim Hi-Tech Park area, Kedah. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to our loyal clientele. This is a full-time position, offering a stable and rewarding career in the hair and beauty industry.

Responsibilities

  • Providing classic and modern haircuts to male clients
  • Performing hot towel shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services
  • Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Barber, preferably in a high-end or traditional barbershop setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience
  • Strong technical skills in classic and contemporary barbering techniques
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills
