Director of Operations at DoubleTree by Hilton

As Front Office Manager, you will lead one of Kuala Lumpur’s most vibrant hotel operations, taking full ownership of guest experience, team performance, and commercial success. You will inspire and develop your team through coaching, training, and clear communication while ensuring seamless coordination with other departments to deliver exceptional service. From managing guest feedback, overbooking decisions, and financial targets to driving standards, rosters, and operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue, elevating guest satisfaction, and fostering a culture of positive leadership and continuous improvement.
