Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree / diploma in Engineering or a related field. Valid engineering license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project planning and execution. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD). Advanced MS Office skills. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English Based on Penang, Driving license (class D) with own transport. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Strong project management and supervision skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, this full-time Project Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at OCEAN PLUMBING ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. in Penang. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of complex engineering projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA / QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
