Job Summary :

We're looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as an Accounts & Tax Associate. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are eager to grow your accounting and tax knowledge, this role is perfect for you

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare full set of accounts and ensure data accuracy, including bank reconciliations and working papers.
  • Ensure all opening balances tally with audited reports and highlight any discrepancies or faulty transactions to clients.
  • Manage and update clients on important deadlines for audit, tax, SST submissions, and other compliance matters.
  • Communicate directly with clients to resolve queries related to account transactions and provide sound financial advice.
  • Assist in audit coordination and respond professionally to auditors, IRB, RMCD officers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and review statutory documents such as :

Form E & EA (Employee Income Statement)

  • Form BE (Individual Tax Return)
  • Form P & B (Partnership and Business Tax Return)
  • Provide advisory support to clients throughout tax preparation processes.
  • Support both in-house and field assignments, including outstation visits when required.
  • Maintain updated knowledge on accounting software and apply best practices.
  • Participate in professional development through workshops and industry networking.
  • Ensure compliance with all SOPs and internal KPIs.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance, and / or relevant completed or partial professional certification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, etc). ( Open to Fresh Graduates )
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
