Penerangan pekerjaanProven experience leading the creation of automated tests by engaging with business stakeholders and mentoring junior team members. Hands‑on expertise in automated testing of mobile apps (Android & iOS) including pipeline test creation and execution. Experience in manual and / or automated testing on rewards member sites and other web applications with limited functions. Editors / IDEs : Visual Studio Code, VCode, or similar. Languages : TypeScript (or similar). Mobile Automation : Appium, Appium Server, Appium Inspector. Web Automation : Playwright, .NET 7, C# with Visual Studio Code (or similar). Tools & Platforms : Git, Java, Node.js, npm, XCode (with simulator), Android Studio (with emulators), physical Android & iOS devices. What You’ll Do
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, end‑to‑end quality engineering function.
- Apply advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies to boost testing accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) in automation testing.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to empower your team.
- Make key decisions impacting multiple teams and projects.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align testing objectives and deliverables.
- Analyze testing results to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous product quality improvements.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.
