Our client, a powerhouse in the commercial kitchen equipment industry with a footprint in over 45 countries is looking for a dynamic Sales & Project Executive to join their growing team.

With a reputation built on innovative in-house design, precision manufacturing, and fully customized kitchen setups, this company is the go-to partner for hotels, restaurants, and F&B outlets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales & Project Executive, you’ll be the face of our client’s One-Stop Kitchen Solution service. Your role will blend consultancy, sales strategy, and hands-on project coordination :

  • Consult with clients to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored kitchen solutions.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements, layout planning, and equipment coordination.
  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets with precision.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality and F&B sectors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to sharpen sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—costing, logistics, and warehouse—to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support large-scale F&B projects, from installation schedules to post-delivery follow-ups.
  • Lead major project executions, ensuring timely equipment delivery and documentation.
  • Represent the brand at international and local trade shows.

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales—ideally in commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits; must have a valid driver’s license and own transport.
  • This role is open to only Malaysian citizens.
