About Us

DMZ International Design Group is a regional interior design consultancy renowned for crafting immersive environments in retail, hospitality, developer sales galleries, serviced apartments, and cultural spaces. As we grow, we seek a skilled 3D Visualizer to strengthen our visual storytelling and elevate the design experience.

Position : 3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities :

Create compelling, high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and mood visuals for presentations and design proposals
Work closely with designers to interpret conceptual ideas into spatial visualizations
Execute realistic lighting, materials, textures, and post-production to achieve design intent
Manage rendering workflow efficiently to meet project deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
Contribute to visual standards for internal and external presentation materials

Software Requirements :

Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino for 3D modelling

Experience with V-Ray or Corona Renderer for high-quality still rendering

Familiarity with real-time rendering tools such as Enscape, Twinmotion, D5 Renderer, or Unreal Engine is an added advantage

Basic post-production using Photoshop or equivalent tools for final image enhancement

Knowledge of BIM platforms (Revit or ArchiCAD) is a plus

Ideal Candidate :

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in 3D visualization for interior design or architecture

Strong visual sensibility, spatial awareness, and attention to mood, lighting, and material realism

Able to work independently while collaborating with design and technical teams

Experience with commercial, hospitality, or show unit interior projects is preferred
