We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our awesome team! If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys solving problems and helping others – we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (Your Role & Responsibilities) :

  • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
  • Answer queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Supporting documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum qualification : SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Language skills : Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends when required.
