We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our awesome team! If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys solving problems and helping others – we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do (Your Role & Responsibilities) :
- Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
- Answer queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
- Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
- Supporting documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcements.
Qualifications & Skills
