About the Role
Property Management Accounting team in BSO will work closely with the Singapore team and is responsible for providing Accounts Receivable services for the allocated portfolio of properties and clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tenant invoices and credit notes
- Record tenant and miscellaneous receipting
- Generate late fees
- Prepare AR bank reconciliation reports
- Perform month‑end aging review
- Complete month‑end closing in a timely and efficient manner
- Process all requests received from SG team according to the Service Level Agreement
- Provide timely solutions to internal customer queries
- Compile data for monthly KPI presentations to clients
- Assist with audit procedures
- Ensure systems and procedures comply with corporate policies, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and SSC processes
