About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, with specific expertise in leveraging TOSCA for end-to-end testing and a proven track record of quality assurance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise applications, driving automation initiatives, and contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA for various business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and report findings to the development team.
Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for D365 F&O modules.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
Develop and maintain test data sets required for automation and manual testing.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in automated scripts and application functionalities.
Provide clear and concise documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results.
Mentor junior testers and promote a culture of quality assurance within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3−5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

Proven hands-on experience with TOSCA automation tool, including module creation, test case design, and execution.

Extensive experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain).

Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desired Skills (Good to Have) :

Certification in TOSCA (e.g., AS1, AS2, TDM Specialist).

Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools.
