Responsible for entering payroll data and maintaining clients’ staff and payroll information

Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing and related activities, including payroll calculations, execution (salaries, leave, and other compensation), and reconciliations

Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and payments are made on time

Ensure all statutory submissions are completed promptly and efficiently, and liaise with statutory bodies as required

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all data entered the HRIS and database systems, ensuring information is updated and available in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with audit requirements, certifications, HR policies, and the Employee Handbook

Act as the System Administrator for the Group Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and handle all system-related inquiries

Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, and certification letters

Update employee records in SuccessFactors and manage employee medical insurance matters, including registration and information updates

Manage the employee exit clearance and offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements :

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Business Administration or equivalent

Required skill(s) : Proficient in SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and Payroll module. Excellent presentation skills and communication skills. Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Key quality(s) : High level of integrity, interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and meticulous. Demonstrates the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Required language(s) : Excellent in English language both in speaking and writing is mandatory with a good command in Bahasa Malaysia

Desired experience / exposure : Minimum 4 to 5 years working experience in payroll. Must have full cycle payroll experience and able to handle payroll for 300-500 headcounts
