We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to placement and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruitment specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, understanding their hiring requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and business goals
• Oversee the end-to-end process of candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, ensuring quality placements and client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to optimize processes and achieve team targets
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the team's recruitment activities, challenges, and successes
