Penerangan pekerjaanSAP proficiency in FI / CO / Project System core modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting, WBS budgeting, etc). Minimum 8 years SAP end‑to‑end project implementation as FICO consultant in consumer electronic industry. Proven experience in template governance or similar role. Strong knowledge of business processes & technical skills. Strong knowledge of integration between logistics modules with FI / CO and Project System. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Good documentation skills using MS Office applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross‑functional and foster team commitment. Strong leadership and team player. SAP certification in FI / CO module (must be accompanied by experience). Travel (20%-30%) expected.
Overview
Full‑time role as SAP Finance Control Consultant (COE) to establish, maintain and enforce business processes, standard procedures and template policy for SAP Records to Reports process (FICO and Project System Module). Responsible for continuous improvement of SAP template processes, feasibility study, fit / gap workshops, blueprint review, design review, transport request review, authorization matrix, data migration and cutover plans. Participate in project planning and management for minor / medium scale projects. Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, AMS teams and stakeholders to introduce enhancements. Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to project consultants.
Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and enforce business processes, standard procedures and template policy for SAP Records to Reports process.
- Translate business requirements into solution design, considering global operation & system impact and mitigation approach.
- Carry out continuous improvement activities for SAP template processes to meet business expectations.
- Participate in feasibility study and fit / gap workshop for new rollout projects.
- Review and approve Blueprint documents, ensuring template process and policy adherence.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to project consultants.
- Review and approve design documents, test plans and scenarios, transport requests, authorization matrix, data migration plan and cutover plan.
- Identify, assess and plan mitigation actions for global changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new enhancements, processes and functionalities.
- Plan and manage minor or medium scale projects.
- Coordinate with Basis, ABAP, AMS teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for stakeholders; communicate ideas and obtain buy‑in.
- Maintain up‑to‑date system and documentation.
