Job Brief
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.
HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, supporting on screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches learning, employee development, employee engagement, expat management and more.
Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
Support on EE
1) Support on delivery of a consistent approach to all internal communications e.g. Yammer
2) Design interactive program for company related events for festival, well-being and diversity and inclusion.
3) Create powerful presentation slides for event, awareness, announcement any employee recognition program.
4) Handling purchase and financial documents such as quotations, invoices for payment process.
Support on Training
1) Assisting on the logistics of mandatory trainings.
2) Support on planning of quarterly training calendar and managing training portal.
3) Upkeeping of training records and report creations.
4) Training Portal Maintenance
5) Recommending and sourcing for external training when required by management.
6) Support in processing HRDF submission and claims accurately and on timely manner.
Support on Administration
1) Support on new expat application whilst supporting renewal.
2) Support on new joiners onboarding and activities.
3) Assist on the setup of new joiners' details in the system.
4) Shared drive maintenance.
5) HR Portal Management, Updates & Maintenance
6) Support in any ad-hoc HR initiatives.
