Key Responsibilities :

Plan manpower, approve leave, and prepare duty rosters.
Lead the maintenance team and ensure machines run efficiently with regular calibration.
Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and housekeeping.
Oversee daily production activities – grading, packing, wastage control, and reporting.
Manage inventory, stock count, and packing material usage.
Monitor logistics – maximize lorry loads, arrange drivers, and coordinate deliveries.
Conduct training, safety briefings, and support HR in worker performance management.
Handle technical and machinery issues, liaise with mechanics, and maintain spare parts.
Communicate with sales team and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Related field.

Experience in production or maintenance supervision preferred.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of safety, SOPs practices.

Good communication and team management abilities.
