Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach to architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide consultations and educate clients on product benefits and technical details.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide market feedback to the product team.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent B2C experience).Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Malay. Chinese languages are advantageous.Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in CRM software Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Willingness to travel as needed.
