Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify, prospect, and secure new tenants to maximize occupancy rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their leasing inquiries and concerns. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and renewal agreements in line with company policies. Assist in preparing tenancy agreements, letters of offer, and other related documentation. Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to provide recommendations for pricing strategies. Work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant handovers and fit-out coordination. Maintain accurate tenant database and prepare regular leasing reports for management. Support marketing and promotional activities to attract potential tenants.
Job Type : Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM3,700.00 per month
