Maintain accurate accounting records (AP, AR, GL), perform bank reconciliations, and keep audit schedules up to date.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Generate financial reports, statements, and analysis to support management decision‑making.
Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
Administer petty cash, online, and cheque payments.
Requirements
- Basic accounting qualification equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Ability to handle a full set of accounts under minimal supervision.
- Proficient and familiar with accounting software.
- Audit experience is an added advantage.
