Coordinate and take orders from customers or sales staff.
Ensure delivery arrangement on schedule inclusive of locally and shipment.
Check / compile relevant sales documents and billing timely to ensure closing promptly.
Maintain positive relationships and communication with distributors and other external / internal customers.
Preparing invoices for customers as well as coordinating with relevant departments for delivery of goods to customers.
Receive and handle customer queries and complaints
Arrange dispenser service maintenance activities and plant set up or dismantling.
Coordinate with transporter, contractor and distributors for dispenser activities.
Monitor dispenser stock, prepare and submit monthly stock listing to Finance.
Conduct annual asset sighting.
Preparation of calibration report.
Responsible for Sales department administration, sales process and compliance of policy.
Accomplish additional assignments / duties assigned and requested by immediate supervisor.
Skills and Abilities
A minimum of 2-5 years experiences in related functions.
Service minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
Be a team player, mature and proactive.
Qualifications
Certificate / Diploma in any field or equivalent.
