Software QA Engineer

Job purpose :

The Senior Software QA Engineer oversee the activities of the quality assurance staff for software and product design companies, including oversee the production of test documents, the creation of test procedures, and to ensure the successful deployment of company products.

Main Duties and responsibilities :

• Meeting with the software / product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
• Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
• Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
• Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
• Responding to requests from the design team and management.
• Responsible for developing test plan, test cases, test scenarios and perform QA testing
• Provide training and support to quality assurance team and other internal departments on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
• Any other additional duties, responsibilities and authority may be assigned by the management, from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or in written instruction.
