IT Executive (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a contract position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to ensure the efficient operation of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide system application support and troubleshoot issues with internal users.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and project stakeholders.
  • Perform data collection and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong skills in project management, presentation, problem solving, and data analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are preferred.
