Job Summary
This role is perfect for a talented individual who can independently manage and execute a wide range of creative projects, ensuring visual excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints. While not a managerial position, this role requires a high degree of ownership, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to confidently deliver high‑quality, impactful creative work that resonates with our audience. You will be a key contributor, shaping our visual narrative and elevating our brand presence, including for our prominent F&B client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Independent Creative Execution :
- Independently conceptualize, design, and deliver a diverse range of creative assets for both digital and print platforms, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, brochures, event collateral, and internal communications, particularly for our key client in the quick‑service restaurant (QSR) sector.
- Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into visually compelling and effective design solutions that meet project goals.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, taking full ownership from brief to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Brand Guardianship & Visual Excellence :
Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to existing brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color, imagery, and overall visual language across all outputs.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and elevate the brand's visual identity within established parameters.Prepare production‑ready files with meticulous attention to detail for various digital (web, social) and print (offset, digital) specifications.Collaboration & Communication :
Collaborate effectively with Marketing Managers, Content Writers, Product Teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.Confidently present design concepts and rationale to internal teams, articulate creative decisions, and incorporate feedback constructively.Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, contributing fresh ideas and insights.Problem‑Solving & Innovation :
Proactively identify and address design challenges, proposing creative and effective solutions.Stay informed about current design trends, industry best practices, and new design tools / technologies, seeking opportunities to integrate them into our workflow.Strive for continuous improvement in design quality and efficiency.Required Qualifications
Experience : Approximately 3+ years of progressive professional experience in graphic design, visual design, marketing design, or a similar creative role, preferably within an agency or in‑house creative team.Portfolio : An exceptional and diverse online portfolio showcasing a strong command of design principles, conceptual thinking, and execution across a variety of media (digital and print), ideally including examples for large or well‑known consumer brands.Technical Skills :Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).
Strong proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote).Familiarity with Figma is a plus.Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.Design Acumen : Proven ability to develop creative concepts from scratch and execute them with high visual fidelity, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering impactful results.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently articulate design decisions and creative rationale to various stakeholders.Problem‑Solving : A proactive and independent problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Independence & Organization : Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines effectively with minimal supervision.Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
