As a Sr. Network Supply Manager individual contributor,you will develop, execute and lead a holistic HBM strategy and be part of a global team dedicated to this function across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations.

In this role you will participate in the implementation of the global supply and corresponding inventory strategy by establishing key supply readiness strategy, identifying required implementation resources and developing communication channels and tools to introduce the new strategy.

You will also be part of the team in the supply strategy development through understanding of current and future HBM needs, analyzing market and company trends, performing the benchmarking of outstanding approaches, as well as finding opportunities to use changes in processes, systems and product / services. Then prioritize and drive the implementation based upon estimating timing and level of efficiency gained.

Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures. You will be responsible for providing input back to leadership on the building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Supplier key point of contact for supply execution.
• Define Materials Buy rule and implement to buy rule. Owner for PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling and raw material liability
• Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Global WOS owner and own supply allocation. Perform demand supply insight analysis. Host Global WOS review with leadership team.
• Lead supply fungibility across network.
• Lead cross-functional team and significant company-to-company critical issues; support partner concerns for assigned suppliers as needed
• Publish forecast to supplier on weekly basis
• Be the owner of supply shortage resolution.
• Supplier product / process EOL management
• Build and develop materials specific supply execution strategy, include Materials and Key Raw Materials (Tier 1) capacity planning and readiness. Perform regular monthly / quarterly review or vital to drive capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution through response to capacity need request.
• Prepare and present forecast, capacity and OTD / LTD in supplier QBR commercial meeting.
• Participate in MST meeting
• Monthly survey of supplier lead-time and perform LTD / OTD metric review.
• Responsible for Info record Leadtime update on monthly basis
• Quarterly Negotiation with supplier on Capacity and Leadtime
• Lead for BKM and drive improvement
• SME for system and tools and process

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience In

Experiences

Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following : Engineering, Purchasing / Procurement, Supply Chain
