About the role
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues
- Administer and maintain the company's servers, workstations, network devices and other IT equipment
- Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT systems
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate maintenance and upgrades
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications
- Continuously research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
