About the job

As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for :

• Lead Tenders : Manage and lead the entire process for complex, high-value tender submissions, including supervising junior staff.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality : Oversee proposal preparation, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and full compliance with client requirements and high-quality standards.
• Review Commercials : Analyse and review tender costs and pricing to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage Contracts : Coordinate with the legal team to review and mitigate risks in contract terms and GTCs.
• Handle E-Procurement : Operate and manage client e-procurement systems for formal bid submission.
• Coordinate Teams : Collaborate with the BDM, Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to develop comprehensive and strategic proposals.

Team

You will be reporting to the Business Development Manager (BDM).
