Job Responsibilities

Location Scouting & Analysis :

  • Demographic Research : Identify high-value areas by understanding the demographics, preferences, and purchasing behavior of target customers to determine the most profitable markets.
  • Foot Traffic Analysis : Research and analyze foot traffic patterns at potential locations to ensure high visibility and a consistent flow of customers.
  • Competitor Analysis : Evaluate existing competition and identify gaps in the market to ensure a unique and profitable position for new machines.

Site Assessment & Proposal Development :

  • Site Visits : Conduct on-site visits to personally assess the suitability of a location, considering factors like accessibility, visibility, and potential space for vending machines.
  • Proposal Crafting : Develop compelling proposals for potential location partners, outlining the benefits of hosting a vending machine, such as increased foot traffic, enhanced customer amenities, or additional revenue streams.

    • Negotiation & Agreement :

  • Agreement Negotiation : Negotiate placement terms with property owners or managers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that secure optimal locations.
  • Partnership Building : Cultivate strong relationships with location owners to foster ongoing cooperation and identify future placement opportunities.

    • Business Strategy :

  • Market Expansion : Implement strategies to expand the vending machine network into new territories and increase overall market share.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth : Work to maximize sales and revenue by continuously identifying and securing high-performing locations.

    • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with strong business development background in sales and related brand management responsibilities, especially in FMCG / Food / Promo / Hardline categories
  • Track record of sales achievement
  • Strong organizational, presentation and team leadership skills
  • Fluency in all Microsoft applications & database solutions
  • Personable and diplomatic in handling clients from all levels

    • Job Types : Part-time, Freelance

    Pay : RM9, RM13,000.00 per month

    Education :

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

    • Experience :

  • Sales Marketing : 1 year (Preferred)

    • Language :

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)

    • Work Location : In person
