We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team at TH Venture Sdn Bhd in our Kepong, Kuala Lumpur office. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the financial records and accounting processes for our diverse client base. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and properly coded
  • Perform daily account operation tasks, including banking and finance
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledgers to maintain financial accuracy
  • Monitor cash flow, handle inter-company transactions
  • Support the audit process by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor queries
  • Liaise with company bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, etc on related matters to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

What weor looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting (preferably in the construction industry)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality to work well within teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word and knowledge of Autocount software will be an added advantage
  • Initiative, independence, and ability to withstand pressure
