They are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager with at least 2 years of medical sales experience, strong networks in aesthetic clinics, plastic surgery, and dermatology, plus excellent English and Mandarin skills. The role requires proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to drive growth, expand the customer base, and promote the company's pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by selling company pharmaceutical products and meeting customer needs.
 - Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
 - Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by organizing daily work schedule to call on potential clinics / doctors.
 - Provide training to clinic staffs and runs promotional events in hospital / clinics.
 - Work with sales team to ensure marketing plans are translated to action and result.
 - Submit daily call plan, sales, pipeline reports.
 - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
 - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
 - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
 - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
 
Requirements
