Software Engineer

Job Overview

As a Software Engineer, you have the opportunity to work on the latest Big Data technology. Our team manages a bunch of Notebook-related services, including Notebook workloads on the Fabric platform, the notebook service backend, and Synapse Studio tools. You will respond to all customer- and runner-created incidents and incidents transferred from other teams in a timely manner. The On-Call engineer needs to investigate the root cause and troubleshoot, or transfer the incident to the right team, or join a bridge call and work with other colleagues. You must summarize the root cause and action steps for each incident.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a similar major.
• Working experience focusing on areas such as application development, UX development, or services development will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Kusto or SQL, as we need to check log data in the database.
• Good writing, documentation, and communication skills in Engineering.
• Candidates who are able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage, as there may be a need to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
