• Supervise and manage daily activities of drivers and transport staff.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery routes and vehicle assignments.
• Monitor vehicle conditions, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, road transport regulations, and safety standards.
• Track deliveries and resolve delays or transportation issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, incidents, and maintenance.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for transport staff.
• Control transport costs and prepare operational reports.
